How do my customers use the payment links?
You can send them the link via email, text or we’ll help you create a payment button for your website. For printed materials or when your customers come in person, our system automatically creates a QR code for each payment link.
Does Tricera require long-term contracts?
No. We offer full freedom to our clients – with zero termination fee and no long-term commitment required, if you want to fire us (😢) you have the freedom to do so with no penalty to your business.
Can I accept ACH as well as credit card payments?
You absolutely can. It certainly is not a requirement and many clients choose to leave card as the only electronic payment option. Either way, we’ll get it set up for you.
How long does it take to receive funds?
Credit card batches are deposited in your bank account the next business day 😊
